This custom built portable home is 38 feet long and 8 feet 6 inches wide. It features 450 square feet of living which includes the loft. Upon entering the tiny home you will find a raised living room with ample space for the family to sit and watch tv or play games, under the raised living you will find 48 square feet of pass thru storage with outside access. The kitchen has 10 feet of countertop space for the person who loves to cook. There is a gas 3 burner stove, oven and dishwasher for easy clean up. This kitchen also has a dining table that can easily be stored under the raised living when not being used.  The stairs to the loft have lots of room for all your kitchen gadgets! The loft has room for a queen bed, the sliders lead to an additional 50 square feet of storage. Downstairs the pass thru bathroom, has a standard flush toilet, soaking tub, washer/dryer combo and a wall heater for the cold winter days. The main floor master has queen bed that lifts to offer more storage. A nice sized closet, custom nightstands, and plenty of shelving throughout the home for a book lover.
